Walking with your partner

Walking on the beach contemplating life.

Even thought it was only 52 degrees yesterday here in Boston, My beautiful lady Susanne and myself went for a walk along the Nantasket Beach which is about 50 minutes from where we live.

I love the beach for thinking and recharging. I think getting out in nature is the best way to recharge your soul.

There are times when I like to do this alone as it is a good way to connect with our creator.

There are also times like this one where we get to share life with someone we love. Getting out with your partner is such a great way to embrace the relationship you have. I find it far to easy to take each other for granted when we are at home or even out shopping together.

When we include nature into the whole equation somehow it adds life, everything starts to make sense. It is a great way to find out who you are and why you are here on planet Earth.

Where is it you like to connect?

I feel this usually fits into  three broad categories.

1 The Beach
2 The Mountains
3 The Desert

For me it is the beach that is my favourite, I do enjoy the mountains and the vastness of the desert can be a great place to get some perspective.

We had a great time walking and just talking about life, talking about our hearts and connecting with one another.

If you are in a relationship and that can be any kind of relationship. It could be with one of your children, a parent or even a brother or sister.

Who ever you are with.

Who ever you want to build a lasting relationship with.

It is good to spend time away from your every day lives so you have time to really hear what each other is feeling. Communicate well and the other areas of your life will also go well.

If your communication is not open, or in most cases non-existent then when you are feeling pain, then there is no one there for you. It is important to share how you feel with those around you who you are close with. This way we can all help each other in times of need and celebrate in the joyful moments.

Go to your place of freedom.
Share your life with those close to you.

Enjoy your Life,

Dave.
