Now we will talk about Emotional Detox.
Emotions are something that can run rampant unless kept in check.

The beginning of a new year presents wonderful opportunities to

Chinese
medicine recognises comprehensive organ systems in the body. No one
system is isolated from the rest of the body. We associate the physical
